Simon - Hi everyone,

Sabiha - thank you for sharing your favourite memory of Year 4. It is such a nice memory which I also remember fondly. Also, thank you for your lovely, meaningful message. I have enjoyed teaching you and will also miss you, and all of Jubilee Class. It was a pleasure teaching all of you and I wish we could have spent more time in school with each other.

I really hope you all have a lovely restful summer. Do fun things like reading (Summer Reading Challenge!), learning (home learning packs!) and spending time with your families. I also ask that you spend it getting ready for September when I hope you all come back as a strong class team, ready to enjoy a fantastic year. And please, continue to use the blog to chat to each other! Your friendships are so important - please try to put the effort in. So blog each other, zoom each other if you can or talk on the phone or meet up safely.

Take care and I will see you all in September.

Simon - Hi everyone,

Nura - happy to help. It looks like the quiz number is 170259. If the quiz number starts with a 1, I'm afraid we aren't able to do those quizzes in the UK. You need to make sure the quiz number starts with a 2. Sorry you aren't able to do the quiz. But I hope you enjoyed the book! Here are some books that you can all do quizzes on because the quiz number starts with a 2:

Fiction:
Volleyball Victory (quiz number 235682)
Cycling Champion (quiz number 232641)
Non-fiction:
Our Home Planet (quiz number 235380)

To find more books that you CAN do quizzes on, make sure you choose Language and then English (UK) when searching for a book.

If you are not sure about anything else to do with myON, have a look at this guide:

Bats are flying mammals. While others can glide, bats are the only mammals capable of continued flight.
There are over 1000 different bat species.Bats are nocturnal (active at night).Bats 'see' in the dark using a special skill called echolocation.

Today the whole world is the same age!
Today is a very special day. Theres only one chance every 1,000 years.

Your age this year + your year of birth, every person is = 2020.

Its so strange that even experts cant explain it! You figure it out and see if its 2020. Its a thousand-year wait! It works for everyone!
Bye Nura

Simon - Morning everyone!

I hope you all had a nice long weekend and you are looking forward to another positive, productive week! Check your newsletter for activities for today. Top tip - start the week by doing some Cosmic Yoga with Stella the Stick Insect. It's a great way to get your body and mind ready for the week ahead.

Fariha - I'm so sorry you couldn't join our Zoom meeting on Thursday. I'm not sure why you didn't get the message. We will probably wait 2 weeks or so to do the next one. I will let you know with a message and I will put it on the blog so keep checking.

Do we agree or disagree with Nura's answer for this week's quiz question...? ๐Ÿค”

DONKEY:A male donkey is called a Jack,a female donkey is called a Jenny or Jennet and a young donkey is called a Foul.

Bye Nura

Nura - Good morning everyone I hope you are all well and happy ๐Ÿ˜Š.I am just about to go into the size of space. I hope it is cool.Fariha I am not allowed roblox and even if I have it I wouldn't like it. Bye Nura

Fariha - thanks for letting me know about the missing quiz. You're right, there doesn't seem to be a quiz for that book. But at least you got to read a nice book! Next time, maybe check that there is definitely a quiz for the book before reading it.

Sabiha - glad you enjoyed the Size Of Space website. It's amazing isn't it? it made me feel very small.

Sadia - glad to hear that you are keeping a diary. It's a great idea. I can't wait to hear an extract. Thanks for the movie suggestion. I will try and watch that this week.

Hope you all find this week's newsletter useful. Let me know if you have any questions OR things that you would like to see more on the newsletter. I can then use your ideas for next week.

They are too small, with no volatiles to create an atmosphere, and their gravity too low to retain one. Like Phobos, Deimos has characteristics that make it similar to a C-type asteroid. It is not a spherical moon. Deimos has a much smoother surface than Phobos, although it does have some craters.i learnt something called deimos which is the moon of mars
